What’s This All About Anyway!

My Tag Line says that Healthy Living CAN be FUN. I believe that’s true. Sometimes we make it seem difficult and therefore don’t even want to try. All we think about is measuring our food, denying ourselves food that we really enjoy, starving, heavy duty workouts… you know the drill.

Personally, I think it’s about making small changes to change bad habits that have sneaked up on us over time. Trying to change all of these at once doesn’t work. It’s proven. How many times have you made a New Year’s Resolution to lose weight, then jump into ¬†going to the gym every day, eating less food, no sweets etc. etc. How has that worked for you. For me, NOT AT All! Habits did not develop overnight, and you will not change them overnight!

My purpose in starting this blog is to read much of the information out there and summarize it for you in one place. That way, you can come here, decide for yourself what will work and what won’t.

I have to tell you up front though ( Disclaimer Coming!) I do have a business with products and a program for getting healthier that I will mention from time to time. Just so you know! No pressure though, we all need to find what will work for us.

So if you are ready to get healthier and feel better about yourself, Join me.

I'd love to hear from you.
